1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of this document clearly.
- "WG777" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the WG777 online gaming and sports betting platform operated at wg777.wine.
- "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a WG777 account or is accessing the WG777 platform.
- "Account" — the registered player profile associated with your verified identity on WG777.
- "Balance" — the total PKR funds held in your WG777 account at any given time, including real-money and bonus funds where separately indicated.
- "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, matched deposit bonus, or free bet amount credited to your account by WG777 subject to associated wagering requirements.
- "PKR" — Pakistani rupees, the currency used for all transactions on WG777.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become available for withdrawal.
- "Verification" — the process by which WG777 confirms a player's identity, age and payment method ownership as part of Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
2. Eligibility & Registration
WG777 is an online entertainment platform. To register and play on WG777 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age. WG777 strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification during both registration and the first withdrawal request. Any player found to have misrepresented their age will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited without appeal.
Important: Registering a WG777 account on behalf of a minor or providing access to your account to a person under 18 years of age is a serious breach of these Terms and may have legal consequences under applicable law.
2.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is entitled to register one account only. WG777 uses identity verification, device fingerprinting and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. If WG777 identifies that you have registered more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any winnings obtained via duplicate accounts will be voided.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. WG777 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 Verification (KYC)
WG777 may request identity documents including a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID. Proof of address documentation may also be requested. Players who do not complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
3. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WG777 account login credentials — including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. WG777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.
- Do not share your WG777 login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- Do not allow any third party to access or operate your WG777 account on your behalf.
- If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact WG777 support immediately at support@wg777.wine.
- WG777 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Account activity reminder: WG777 will never send you a message asking for your password or PIN. If you receive such a message, it is fraudulent — report it to WG777 support immediately and do not respond to it.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
WG777 accepts deposits in PKR through Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible; repeated attempts may result in account suspension.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your WG777 balance in real time for mobile wallet methods and within 30 minutes for bank transfers. WG777 does not charge deposit processing fees.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. WG777 targets a processing time of approximately 10 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals process within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification
WG777 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal — particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds. This is standard KYC practice and is not specific to any individual player. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.
Note on bonus funds: Withdrawals cannot be processed while you have an active bonus with an uncompleted wagering requirement, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus. Contact WG777 support to request bonus forfeiture if you wish to withdraw before completing wagering.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
WG777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, VIP loyalty rewards and seasonal promotions tied to events like the Pakistan Super League. The following general terms apply to all WG777 bonuses unless a specific bonus offer page states otherwise.
5.1 Claiming Bonuses
- Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the stated criteria at the time of the promotional offer.
- WG777 bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
- Each WG777 bonus can only be claimed once per player, household, device and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- WG777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn from WG777, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount — for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at different rates to slots.
- Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided or returned do not count towards wagering requirements.
- If a player attempts to withdraw before completing wagering requirements, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
- WG777 may set a maximum win cap on certain bonus offers — where applicable this is stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
6. Betting & Casino Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming activity on WG777, including sports betting, live casino, online casino and esports betting.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
WG777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or series of bets at its sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed account limits, bets placed on markets where a pricing error has occurred, and bets placed by accounts under active investigation for fair play violations.
6.2 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void by WG777 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period has been completed; a clear and manifest pricing error occurred at the time the bet was accepted; match-fixing or result manipulation is confirmed by the relevant sports governing body; or the bet was placed after the event result was already determined (late bet). Void bets are returned to the player's WG777 account balance at the original stake amount.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and market. Sports bet minimums start at Rs 100 per selection. Casino game minimums start at Rs 100 per round on most games. Maximum stakes are visible in the betting interface before you confirm any wager on WG777.
6.4 Game Disconnections
In the event of a network disconnection during a live casino game or casino round, WG777's game servers record the state of play at the point of disconnection. Rounds that have already been initiated will be resolved according to their recorded state. WG777 cannot be responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile network drops or Wi-Fi interruptions.
7. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
WG777 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any tool that places bets without genuine human interaction.
- Exploiting software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed technical error will be voided.
- Colluding with other players in poker, live casino or any other game where player-versus-player elements exist.
- Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse or arbitrage strategies designed specifically to exploit WG777 promotional offers without genuine recreational intent.
- Providing false identity or age information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the WG777 platform. WG777 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns as required by applicable law.
Account action: Where WG777 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, the platform reserves the right to void all bets placed during the relevant period, close the account permanently, and withhold or recover any funds where they were obtained through the prohibited conduct.
8. Responsible Gaming
WG777 genuinely cares about the wellbeing of Pakistani players. We believe gaming should be an enjoyable, controlled activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all WG777 account holders free of charge and without any processing delay.
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can be reduced at any time. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Reminders: Set time-based alerts that notify you when you have been active on WG777 for a specified duration.
- Reality Checks: Periodic in-session pop-ups showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily close your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your WG777 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and WG777 will process it immediately upon request without any attempt to dissuade you.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the WG777 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images and the WG777 brand identity — is the intellectual property of WG777 or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the WG777 platform for your personal entertainment only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any WG777 content without prior written authorisation from WG777. Unauthorised use of WG777 intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WG777's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your WG777 account balance at the time the claim arose. WG777 is not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind.
- Loss of profits, expected winnings, or opportunity costs.
- Losses resulting from your own breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Losses or delays caused by third-party payment processors, including Easypaisa, JazzCash or banking partners.
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, governmental action or internet infrastructure failures.
- Any decision made by a sports governing body regarding a match result, cancellation or replay that affects settled bets.
Note: Gambling involves financial risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. The odds on WG777 are set to be competitive and fair but no betting outcome is guaranteed. Past winning results do not predict future outcomes.
11. Privacy & Data
WG777 collects and processes personal data about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By registering on WG777 you confirm that you have read and understood the WG777 Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
WG777 uses your personal data to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, personalise your experience, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. 12. Amendments to These Terms
WG777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, WG777 will provide reasonable notice to active players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date indicated at the top of this page.
Continued use of the WG777 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should cease using WG777 and contact support to arrange withdrawal of your balance.
